FAQs

How long is the hire periodd?

4 hours of Party Time. Our team will arrive 1-2 hours prior to setup and will collect on the conclusion of the 4 ​hours. If you are planning a longer or shorter party, this can be arranged. Please get in touch to discuss.

What area do you service?

Please see map for our standard service area at the bottom of our FAQ page. We can travel to any addresses outside of our standard service areas shown on the map ​at an additional travel fee of $1 .50per km for a return trip.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?

If you need to cancel your event you have the option to transfer your booking to the next preferred available date. If you choose to cancel your booking, we will refund all money paid, less a $50 booking fee. We will need 24 hours notice if you choose to cancel.

What are your payment options?

Do you clean your equipment?

  • We clean and sanitise all our equipment after every hire.
  • We hand wash all Jumping Castles, Soft Blocks, Fencing, and Bouncers.
  • We steam clean all the Soft Play Mats, Equipment and Balls

Our main cleaning products are all natural to make sure there are no harmful chemicals around your minis!

Can the soft play and bouncy castle go outside?

Yes! Soft play and bouncy castles are suitable for the outdoors on flat dry surfaces. If it rains on the day or there is ​dangerous wind speeds for the bouncy castle, we are unable to offer a refund. We highly recommend having a plan ​B with an indoor option.

What are the rules for your soft play?

1. Children between the ages 0 - 5 years only can use the soft play equipment.

2. Any child participating on our equipment must be less than 35kg.

3. For all playground setups, we recommend 1 child per square meter to avoid overcrowding. Bouncy castle has ​maximum capacity of 6 people at the same time.

4. Socks must be worn at all times. NO shoes allowed in play area or on equipment. No heels allowed at any time.

5. Children must be supervised at ALL times by a responsible adult/guardian.

6. Parents/Guardians must ensure their child is capable of using the equipment safely.

7. Ball pits will not be filled to capacity to prevent asphyxiation, particularly with younger children.

8. No face paint, glitter, confetti, food, drinks, chewing gum, bottles, glasses, pets, pens, paint, dye, lollies, spray ​string, streamers, party poppers, water, sand, mud, dirt or other sticky substances are allowed on the equipment at ​any time. If any of these items or any items are found to have been in or on the play equipment, an additional ​cleaning fee will apply. If any stains or damage deemed by us to be severe are to be found on the equipment, a ​damage or replacement fee may apply.

9. Equipment must be set up on a flat surface level, away from rocks, debris, animal droppings, sharp objects and ​water.

10. No smoking, vaping, lighters or flammable items near the equipment.

11. Any sharp accessories, such as high heels and jewelry must be removed before entering the play area.

12. No animals/pets to be near the equipment

13. All hirers are required to sign a condition report prior to use.

14. The hirer is not permitted to make any alterations, attach anything to the equipment without prior ​consultation

15. Play equipment is NOT allowed to be taken out of the playground.

16. Only Pop-up Party Play equipment is allowed within the playground. Strollers, car seats, bouncers and/or any ​other baby/ Children's item are NOT allowed within the playground.

17. All balls from ball pit need to be put back inside upon pick up.

18. Equipment cannot be taken apart nor moved. Fences CANNOT be moved nor removed from playground at any ​time.

19. Soft Play equipment is not meant to get wet. Water activities inside or nearby are strictly prohibited.

20. Pop-up Party will display a sign with important but not limited to, rules
